At Luminaire, we want your home to shine in its best light, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all lighting fixtures and home decor. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your space, we are here to help you find the ideal replacement or provide a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Luminaire account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Fixture

  Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
